Due to the level of tree devastation across the Nashville area, we are not currently accepting any new clients. If you are a current or former client, please do not fill out our contact form – we have your information on file. Please EMAIL all requests to the office and note level of urgency. No requests will be taken over the phone or via text at this time.

Highest Priority: trees that are impeding repair or rescue efforts and trees that are endangering homes or power lines (hangers, leaning trees, split trees, etc.)

Lowest Priority: fallen limbs & debris already on the ground

TREE SAFETY IN ICY CONDITIONS:

Not much can be safely done to trees still covered in ice, so please be patient for everything to thaw and stay clear of all trees in the meantime – they are not safe as they are still breaking. We cannot remove most limbs until the ice thaws and we can utilize our full arsenal of equipment, including our bucket truck & chipper. Most trees will need to dry before climbing as well.

  • If you have a fallen tree or limbs that do not require the expertise or skill of an arborist, we recommend reaching out to another company for quicker clean-up. Landscaping crews will be getting out for ground cleanup as well.
  • We will not provide chipper-only, debris retrieval services if you have someone clear your yard. We will only remove debris incidental to our work.
  • Any storm-damaged tree still standing that needs assessment and/or repair is within our purview. We have no timeframe for when they can get out to look, but we are maintaining a list and Jeff & Tim are getting out as often as they can.
  • Many yards will need to dry before we can get equipment on them so the cleanup process will be long. Please be patient with us as we prioritize the most urgent situations first and then circle back for repairs and removals.

Please contact our office manager, Meghann, via email with any questions regarding these current, temporary policies.

Full Circle Tree & Shrub operates Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.
