NASHVILLE ICE STORM
WINTER STORM FERN UPDATE
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Thank you for visiting Full Circle Tree & Shrub. Please EMAIL all new requests to the office. Because we are so backed up, we cannot take any requests via phone or text as we need everything in writing in one place for maximum efficiency. Meghann will do her best to respond as quickly as possible with feedback on your present situation if it’s urgent or within 1-3 business days for all other inquiries.
In order to get your request added, please send the following information:
• If you have not worked with us before, provide the best phone number to reach you and whether you prefer call or text, as well as your property address for service. If you are a returning client, we have your contact information on file. If you have a @comcast.net email, please make sure to add us a safe sender and set a filter to send our emails to your INBOX, as their 3rd party filters send our email replies to SPAM.
• Include all details with your request that can help explain your situation and level of urgency.
• Send any current photos for context so we can prioritize requests appropriately (closeups of cracks/breaks and far away, to give us perspective to access and threat level).
• Stick to one email thread so I can keep all of your information in one place.
• Please do not call the office unless you cannot access email.
• Texts are not monitored on the office line.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
• Find any other landscaping or lawncare service to get out sooner for debris cleanup and then tell us what you need us to assess for damage. We are a two-man crew and you don’t need our skill for labor only.
• USE FULL CIRCLE FOR REPAIR! We can repair breaks & bad cuts, prune for structure, safety & clearance of structures/wires (not NES main lines), and/or recommend removal if the structure or root system was compromised, the canopy sustained too much damage or splits/cracks cannot be bolted.
• We'll prioritize removal jobs for still-standing trees based on level of urgency.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. We can prune some limbs from SERVICE lines, but not active POWERLINES. Please note the difference in your request if lines are involved -- NES subcontractors must work on & around all main lines. However, if they are working on your trees and they are not being removed, make sure they do not use spikes to climb. This will do further harm to your tree.
2. We only offer brush chipping services if it is incidental to the work we are doing & specified in our assessment.
3. STORM DEBRIS PICKUP INFO FOR DIY CLEANUP: https://hub.nashville.gov/s/request-type/a0ucs00000NZjHxAAL/storm-vegetation-debris-collection?language=en_US
4. Once we receive your request, we will keep you on the list unless we hear otherwise, so please only update us if your situation changes, becomes more or less urgent, or you find someone to get out before us and need to adjust or cancel your request.
5. We encourage everyone to avoid the areas around trees until they are made safe. Hang caution tape to keep people away from any questionable trees.
6. Please do not follow up asking for a timeframe for anything right now. Everything is very fluid and we are scheduling and planning day-to-day, as ground conditions change and more urgent jobs arise that have to be handled.
YOU WILL KNOW WHEN WE KNOW!
• Look out for Jeff or Tim’s texts when offering assessments as we are working quickly and they will move on if they don’t get a response.
• Have all of your questions and to-do list ready. We can not “circle back” because you forgot something or have an add-on.
If you feel you cannot potentially wait for us (we are only a two-man crew), and want to use another company, we are happy to take on an advisory role.
• Check credentials (make sure any company you use is licensed & insured & wear protective gear).
• Get your quote in writing.
• Make sure your contract specifies whether or not debris removal is included.
IF YOU LET ANOTHER COMPANY PRUNE: We can always come back and inspect later.
• Do not let anybody "top" your trees or use spikes to climb unless the tree is being removed, and make sure you demand both of these things specifically.
• You can ask to only have danglers/hangers cut until we can get by -- we can fix bad cuts as long as they don't cut too close to the trunk.
• If a limb is questionable as to whether or not it needs to be removed (as in there are no obvious tears, breaks or cracks), and it's not in danger of doing any immediate damage, don't be upsold unnecessarily. We can prune for structure later if needed after everything is safe.
Finally, we ask that you please refrain from making any rash decisions. We are all traumatized by the level of tree devastation, but we need to do everything we can to repair & rehab damaged trees and only remove trees that are structurally compromised. Don’t let anyone scare you into removing a healthy, saveable tree and don’t be scared of your trees due to one storm!

Our clients have shared wonderful feedback about us, and we truly appreciate them just as much. Their kind words and confidence in our services inspire us every day!
I’ve used Full Circle for 3 separate jobs over the last 5 years and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Jeff and Tim care about the work they are doing and take the time to come up with a plan for the long term, they’re not there to give you a quote and move on to the next job. –Jason R.
We’ve used Full Circle twice and have had great experiences both times! They are communicative and do a thorough job! We’ll definitely use them again. –Emily C.
I’ve used Full Circle for several years for trimming and tree removal at my home, from small stuff to much larger projects. Jeff & Tim are conscientious, thorough, knowledgeable, and super professional, and I’m happy to have a great tree service on hand for the inevitable issues that arise on our wooded property. Meghann is also extremely kind, organized, and a pleasure to work with. We love working with Full Circle Tree & Shrub – it’s a 100% positive experience every single time! Highly recommend! — Erika S.
Jeff is great to work with.. prompt, accommodating and doesn’t mind answering questions!! Meghann runs the office and is always bright and easy to work with… I highly recommend their service!! –Shari B.
This was my second time to use Jeff and I’m very pleased with his excellent work. I appreciate Jeff even more after watching another company work on a neighbor’s trees! Jeff is very knowledgeable and makes recommendations that I trust. –Anthony B.
Excellent! Jeff was great to work with; extremely knowledgeable; absolutely no attempt to sell us extra work; in fact, he let us know where things were not needed. His two guys did great work, and did it quickly and thoroughly. They took care of cut branches, swept up leaves, etc. They knew their stuff, too–they were happy to explain things to me. Both had great attitudes. Finally, due to a very small mix-up, they made an adjustment to our bill…which we didn’t ask for, and definitely were not expecting. We were really impressed by that gesture. We look forward to calling them next time we need work on our property. –Nick V.
We were very pleased with the services of Full Circle. The crew was professional, friendly and thorough. They cleaned up the yard very well when they completed the work. I would highly recommend Full Circle and would definitely use their services again. –Ann S.
